Questa mattina ci siamo avventurati nella creazione di BUONISSIMI biscotti all’Arancia, sperando di lasciarci l’inverno alle spalle e veder la primavera far capolino…

Ecco la ricetta:
500 gr farina
200 gr zucchero
2 uova
1 bustina di lievito
latte di riso q.b.
olio evo q.b.
un pizzico di sale
aroma all’arancia
scorza d’arance

Unire tutti gli ingredienti, formare un composto malleabile ma non appiccicoso, stendere e con gli stampini che preferite formare tanti biscotti.
Infornare nel forno preriscaldato per circa 20 minuti a 180 (dipende dal forno, ma quando iniziate a sentire un buon profumino nell’aria significa che son pronti!)
